New Hope Preparatory School
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with strong Christian principles
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in School Administration
- Be willing to adopt to change
- Be willing to accept and adhere to Organizational Policies/Directives of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Willing to incorporate aspects of faith and learning in curriculum.
- Have strong interpersonal relationship with strong recommendation from previous employer/ employers.
- Be recommended by the pastor/ elder and members of faith community/congregation.
- Be able to work well with the conference administration, director of education and other principals.
